and renew collection agency licenses in the approximately
33 different states where such a license is
required. Additionally, we
can review the activities of an outsourcer or collection
agency to help them determine whether they may be exempt
from application of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
("FDCPA") or state collection agency licensing laws, where
